Gene is a native of Lewiston, North Carolina and currently resides in Littleton, North Carolina with his wife, Kay.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1970.  He is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.  Gene has also served the community in numerous board positions over the years.

Butch, as he is known to all, is a native of Rocky Mount, North Carolina and resides there with his wife, Marilyn.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1977.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounting and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.  Butch currently serves as a board member on several area non-profit organizations.

Terri started her career in public accounting after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  She is a native of Rocky Mount, North Carolina and currently resides there with her husband, Gary, and their dog, Otis.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.  Terri volunteers her time with several civic organizations and currently serves as a board member for various non-profit organizations.

Jeff began his career in public accounting after graduating from Western Michigan University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Jeff joined Bunch & Company, LLP in 2010 and works in the areas of business and individual tax compliance as well as servicing clients with financial statement assurance needs including audits, reviews, and compilations. Originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, Jeff currently resides in Wilson, North Carolina.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Randy began his career in public accounting after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 1986.  He is a native of Rocky Mount but resides in Nashville, NC with his wife, Susan, and their cat, Mickelson.  

He is a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.  Randy has served the community in numerous non-profit board positions during his career.    

Dianna’s accounting career began in 2015, the year she graduated from North Carolina Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She began working at the firm in December 2017. She obtained a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Liberty University in 2019.

Dianna is very active in our local community as a member of various civic organizations and networking groups. She is invested in advancing our local communities, and building the business of the firm. She is a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Tyler began his career in public accounting after graduating from the Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Master’s Degree in Accounting in 2018 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management in 2017. He has worked in the audit practice for KPMG, a Big Four firm, and additionally has specialized experience in ASC 606 revenue recognition and the private equity industry. He is a native of Rocky Mount, North Carolina and currently resides in Wendell, North Carolina with his wife, Kristin, and their dog, Lilly.
